My wish is for you and your partner to be informed, educated, and supported so that you can have the best birth and easiest postpartum transition possible for your family.
Sleep is so important. I teach families gentle sleep solutions.
More details of my services are below.
Please contact me with questions as it would be my privilege and honor to join you on this amazing journey.
All services start with a complimentary meeting where we meet and discuss what services you are looking for and get to know one another.
It is important for me to know exactly how I can assist you and your growing family. Through our visits we will design a birth plan and postpartum plan specific to you and your needs.
I am happy to provide you with evidence based education and information on a wide variety of topics.
I can help with fetal positioning and pre-natal exercises.
You are also welcome to my resource library.
